MOC 3011
It is a random-phase Triac Driver Output Optocoupler contains GaAs infrared emitting diode and a light activated silicon bilateral switch, which acts as triac. It is designed for interfacing between electronic controls and power triacs to control resistive and inductive loads for 115VAC operations. It has low degradation excellent IFT stability. It is applicable in Industrial, Lighting, Motor Drive & Control.
