ULN 2003 IC
The ULN2003 is Darlington transistor array with a high voltage and high current. For switching the loads connected to the output it has seven NPN Darlington connected transistors with common clamp diodes. The input is compatible with various types of logic. Its application are relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamp drivers, logic buffers and many more.
