L298 IC
The L298n IC is mostly used in stepper motor, dual dc brushed motor projects. It is an integrated monolithic circuit in a powerSO2O and 15 lead multiwatt packages. The independent ground connection for each channel allow independent current sensing. IT accepts standard TTL logic levels and driver inductive loads as it is designed with high voltage, high current dual full bridge driver.
