SN74LS08N

The IC SN74LS08N belongs to a sort of logic gate chip, containing quad 2-input AND gates each of which performs the logic AND function. It outputs directly interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL, and is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range from 0 to 70°C, maximum supply voltage 7V, and maximum current allowed to draw through each gate output 8mA. The SN74LS08N chip can be used for high speed AND operations because of the fewer switching delays in the gates. It is basically used where AND logic operation is needed, and one or all gates can be used simultaneously.
