LF398N IC
The LF398N is an IC which consists of monolithic sample and hold circuit. This IC uses BI-FET technology to obtain ultra-high DC accuracy with fast acquisition of signal and low droop rate. It has various features like: - Low output noise in hold mode, Wide Bandwidth, High supply rejection ratio in sample or hold, Low Input Offset, 0.5 mV typical hold step at Ch = 0.01 µF, Logic input compatible with TTL, PMOS, CMOS and many more. It can be suitable for various applications like: - DC and AC zeroing, Ramp generators with variable reset level, Integrators with programmable reset level, 2-channel switches, Staircase generators and many more.
