YYH-1 H-bridge DC Motor Driver Module Forward/Reverse Braking PWM Speed Control
This electronic device can control the output current within 160A.it has a static standby current: only approx. 3MA.The signal type uses the sink-current control mode, supports direct control of most single-chip microcomputers, the signal isolation chip is isolated. The PWM signal frequency is supported within 200 kHz. The key ratio supports 0 to 98%. Use fast recovery diodes to prevent the induction of the electric motor power during engine startup.
