Gy-68 BMP 180 sensor
The GY-68 BMP180 sensor is a digital barometric pressure sensor that provides precise measurements of atmospheric pressure and temperature. It's an upgraded version of the BMP085 and is often used in applications such as weather stations, altimeters, and other systems requiring pressure and temperature monitoring. This module communicates via I2C, making it easy to interface with microcontrollers like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and others.
Features:
- Pressure Range: 300 hPa to 1100 hPa (equivalent to -500m to 9000m altitude)
- Resolution: 0.01 hPa (0.1m altitude)
- Temperature Range: -40°C to +85°C
- I2C & SPI Interface (I2C commonly used)
- Low power consumption: Ideal for battery-powered applications
- Supply Voltage: 1.8V - 3.6V (typically 3.3V)
