Copper Tape 6mm*50m
Copper foil is a kind of metal tape. It is mainly used for electromagnetic shielding. It is divided into two types: electrical signal shielding and magnetic signal shielding. Electrical signal shielding mainly relies on the excellent conductive properties of copper itself, while magnetic shielding requires the conductive surface of the copper foil tape. The material "nickel" is used to achieve magnetic shielding effect, so it is widely used in mobile phones, laptops and other digital products. The general inspection properties of copper foil tapes commonly used in the market are as follows:
Material: CU 99.98%
Substrate thickness: 0.018mm-0.10mm
Adhesive thickness: 0.035mm~0.04mm
Colloidal ingredients: ordinary pressure-sensitive adhesive (non-conductive) and conductive acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive
Peeling force: 1.0~1.5kg/25mm (180 degree reverse peeling force test)
Temperature resistance-10℃---120℃
Tensile strength 4.5~4.8kg/mm
Elongation 7%~10%MIN

1. The test conditions are normal temperature 25℃ and relative humidity below 65℃. The test results are based on the American ASTMD-1000.
2. When storing the goods, please keep the room dry and ventilated. Domestic copper is generally stored for 6 months, while copper from importing countries can be stored longer and is less likely to oxidize.
3. The product is mainly used to eliminate electromagnetic interference EMI and isolate the harm of electromagnetic waves to the human body. It is mainly used in computer peripheral wires, computer monitors and transformer manufacturers.
5. Copper alloy applications:
Mainly used in the production of generators, bus bars, cables, switching devices, transformers and other electrical equipment and heat exchanger
pipes, flat plate collectors of solar heating devices, manufacturing of precision electrical instruments, rheostats, precision resistors, and strains. Specifications for heat treatment of pure copper such as sheets and thermocouples
: hot processing temperature 900~1050℃; annealing temperature 500~700℃; recrystallization starting temperature of cold work hardened copper is 200~300℃.
6. Performance characteristics and instructions for use:
It has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and processing properties. It is often used as electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance equipment.
Copper contains less electrical conductivity, more thermal conductivity impurities, and higher oxygen content. It is only used for General copper materials, such as electrical switches, pads, nails, oil pipes and other pipes.
7. Characteristics and scope of application of pure copper:
It has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and processing properties, and can be welded and brazed. It contains less impurities that reduce electrical and thermal conductivity, and a trace amount of oxygen has little effect on electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and processing properties, but it can easily cause "hydrogen disease" and is not suitable for processing (annealing, welding, etc.) and use.
